Ingredients

  • 2 cups dates roughly chopped (260 grams)
  • 4 tablespoons protein powder plant-based, vanilla
  • 1/4 teaspoon ground cardamom
  • 1/2 teaspoon cinnamon
  • 1/4 teaspoon cloves ground
  • 1/8 teaspoon ground ginger
  • 1/8 teaspoon ground coriander
  • 1/8 teaspoon black pepper
  • 2 teaspoons coconut oil

Instructions

    Cup of Yum
  1. Place the dates in a large food processor and process until broken down
  2. Add the protein powder and spices and blend until well mixed.
  3. With the food processor running, stream in the coconut oil until the mixture forms a ball.
  4. Use a cookie scoop to roll into 1 tablespoon-sized balls.
