Chai Spice
There are so many great reasons to make Chai Spice at home! It is a blend of warm fall spices that make it perfect for cakes, cookies, and even your coffee or tea!
Ingredients
- 4 tablespoons ground cinnamon
- 2 tablespoons ginger
- 1 tablespoons cardamom
- 2 teaspoons allspice
- 2 teaspoons nutmeg
- 1 teaspoon cloves
- 1 teaspoon ground white pepper
Instructions
- Measure all of the spices into a bowl.
- Whisk the spices together until combined.
- Store in an airtight container or jar at room temperature for up to 1 year.
- Use as needed in baked goods or recipes that call for chai spice.
