Ingredients

  • 4 tablespoons ground cinnamon
  • 2 tablespoons ginger
  • 1 tablespoons cardamom
  • 2 teaspoons allspice
  • 2 teaspoons nutmeg
  • 1 teaspoon cloves
  • 1 teaspoon ground white pepper

Instructions

  1. Measure all of the spices into a bowl.
  2. Whisk the spices together until combined.
  3. Store in an airtight container or jar at room temperature for up to 1 year.
