Ingredients

  • 1 persimmon chopped, large ripe hyakume
  • ½ cup coconut milk or almond milk, full-fat, canned
  • ¼ cup almond milk unsweetened
  • 5 ice large cubes
  • 1 teaspoon ginger peeled and grated, fresh
  • ¼ teaspoon ground cinnamon
  • 1/8 teaspoon nutmeg fresh grated
  • cloves pinch optional
  • ½ teaspoon vanilla extract pure
  • maple syrup optional, pure, to sweeten

Instructions

    Cup of Yum
  1. Add it all to a blender and blend until smooth. Taste smoothie for flavor and add more spices or pure maple syrup to taste. Serve with chopped nuts, granola, and/or chia seeds on top.
