Chai Spiced Sugar Cookies
Chai Spiced Sugar Cookies combine classic sugar cookie dough with warm chai spices like cinnamon, ginger, cardamom, and a touch of black pepper. The sugar-spice mixture is incorporated into the dough and also used to coat the cookies before baking, adding an aromatic sweetness and a slightly crisp exterior. These cookies have a tender texture with subtle warmth from the spice blend, providing a nuanced flavor profile to a familiar treat.
