Champagne Lemonade
This Champagne Lemonade is the perfect light cocktail for your holiday parties! Serve it up at brunch, bridal showers, or New Year's Eve! It's easy to make too!

Ingredients
- 1 cup granulated sugar
- 1 cup water
- 8 cups cold water
- 1 cup fresh lemon juice
- 750 ml Moscato Champagne chilled
- 1 lemon sliced, plus 1 lemon, cut into wedges, for garnish
Instructions
- Make a simple syrup by adding the sugar and water to a medium saucepan and bring to a boil over low heat. Stir mixture until the sugar dissolves, then remove from the heat and set aside to cool.
- Pour cold water and lemon juice into a large glass pitcher. Add the simple syrup and the lemon slices. Stir well. Pour the lemonade into champagne flutes, filling 1/2 to 2/3 of the way full and top off with champagne. Garnish the rims with lemon wedges!

- Can replace homemade simple syrup with a cup of store-bought simple syrup.You can also substitute the homemade lemonade for store-bought.
