Ingredients
- 1 bottle champagne
- 18 fresh strawberries
- ½ cup granulated sugar
Instructions
- Wash the strawberries thoroughly. Fill a mixing bowl with water and some baking soda, place the strawberries in the bowl for 20 minutes. Then drain and rinse.
- Use a toothpick to poke a hole or two into each strawberry. I like to do this because it helps the champagne soak into the berry.
- Cover the bowl and let soak in the fridge for 3-4 hours. Remove the berries and gently pat dry.
- Dip into a bowl with sugar and then place on a serving tray. ENJOY!!
Cup of Yum
Notes
- Store your berries in an airtight container for up to three days or freeze for up to 3 months.
