Champagne Vinaigrette

Ingredients

  • ⅓ cup champagne vinegar
  • 2 teaspoons Dijon mustard
  • 1 lemon juiced
  • 1 small shallot finely diced
  • 1 teaspoon honey
  • ¼ teaspoon kosher salt
  • pinch ground black pepper
  • ½ cup olive oil

Instructions

  1. Add all of the ingredients except the olive oil to a mixing bowl and whisk together. Slowly add the olive oil and whisk vigorously until the dressing is combined.
