Cheddar Bacon Potato Wedges
Cheddar Bacon Potato Wedges are crispy fried potato pieces cut into wedges, topped with melted cheddar cheese and crumbled cooked bacon. The potatoes are first fried until browned, then baked briefly to melt the cheese and integrate the bacon flavor. The seasoning with kosher salt and coarse black pepper adds savory notes to balance the richness. This recipe yields crispy exterior wedges with a soft interior, enhanced by cheesy, smoky toppings. It's a good choice when you want flavorful potato wedges with added cheese and bacon appeal served warm as a side or snack.
