Ingredients

Soup
  • 2 c. water
  • 2 1/2 c. potato diced
  • 1 c. carrot diced
  • 1/2 c. celery minced
  • 1/2 c. onion chopped
  • 1 tsp salt
  • 1/4 tsp black pepper
  • 1 c. ham diced
Cheese Sauce
  • 1/4 c. butter
  • 1/4 c. flour
  • 2 c. milk
  • 2 c. cheddar cheese shredded

Instructions

    Cup of Yum
  1. In a medium saucepan bring the soup ingredients, except ham, to boil for 10 minutes or until vegetables are tender. Add ham.
  2. In a small saucepan melt butter. Stir in flour and milk. Add cheese to mixture and whisk until melted. Add cheese sauce to soup mixture and stir until mixed.
