Cheescake Filled White Chocolate Red Velvet Cookies

Cheater red velvet cookies made with red velvet cake mix and white chocolate chips, then filled with a delicious cream cheese filling!

Ingredients

  • 15.25 ounces red velvet cake mix Betty Crocker® SuperMoist®, box
  • 1/2 cup butter softened
  • 2 egg beaten
  • 1 cup white chocolate chips
  • 1 cup cream cheese
  • 2 tablespoons sugar

Instructions

    Cup of Yum
  1. Combine the first three ingredients together in a medium mixing bowl. 
  2. Add in the white chocolate chips and mix until combined. 
  3. In a small bowl, combine the cream cheese and sugar thoroughly. This can be sweetened to taste. 
  4. Take one tablespoon of dough, flatten slightly then place approximately 1 tbsp of cream cheese filling on top of it. 
  5. Take another tablespoon of dough, flatten slightly then place on top. 
  6. Pinch the edges together to seal the cookie. 
  7. Place on a parchment lined cookie sheet approximately 2 inches apart. 
  8. Cook for 12-15 minutes, until the edges are cooked and the middle is set. 
  9. Remove from the oven and cool on baking sheets completely.
