These baked Cheese Breadsticks are similar to the ones you'll find in grocery store bakery departments. They feature soft and light bread dough studded with cheddar cheese.

Ingredients
- 1 batch Bakery-Style Hot Dog Buns dough
- 100 g grated/shredded cheddar cheese
- water in spray bottle for spritzing the dough
Instructions

- Make a batch of Bakery-Style Hot Dog Buns dough.
- Once risen, divide the dough into 8 equal pieces, about 80g each.
- Roll a piece of dough into a log about 10" in length.
- Place the dough onto a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
- Repeat with the remainder.
- Using a spray bottle filled with clean water, lightly spray the tops of the dough with water.
- Sprinkle the grated/shredded cheddar cheese over top of the dough.
- Bake at 375°F/191°C for 14-15 minutes, until cheese is melted and crisp.
- If the breadsticks are not golden enough, increase to 400°F/204°C for 1-2 minutes.
