Ingredients

Ground Beef
  • 1 pound lean ground beef
  • 2 teaspoons Worcestershire sauce 
  • 1 tablespoon Dijon mustard
  • 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon onion powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon smoked paprika
Salad
  • 1 head romaine lettuce
  • 1 cup cherry tomatoes halved
  • 1/2 cup Dill pickle chips
  • 1/2 cup shredded cheddar cheese
  • 1/3 cup diced red onion
  • Sesame seeds for garnish optional
Dressing
  • 3 tablespoons mayonnaise
  • 1/4 cup plain greek yogurt
  • 3 tablespoons ketchup
  • 2 tablespoons chopped dill pickles
  • 1 tablespoon Dijon
  • 2 teaspoons apple cider vinegar

Instructions

  1. Whisk together all of the ingredients for the dressing in a small bowl. Taste for seasoning. Transfer to a jar or cover and refrigerate until ready to use.
  2. Add the ground beef to a skillet. Season with salt and pepper, then crumble and cook until no longer pink. Add in the Worcestershire, dijon, and dried spices. Stir until combined.
  3. Place the chopped lettuce into a serving bowl or onto a serving platter. Top it with the ground beef, tomatoes, onion, cheese, and pickles. Drizzle the dressing on top of the salad or serve it on the side. Garnish with sesame seeds if desired.
