Ingredients
- 1 pound Brussels sprouts
- 4 tablespoons olive oil
- 1.25 teaspoons salt divided
- 2 ounces cheddar cheese
- 6 slices cooked bacon chopped
- ½ cup heavy cream
- ½ teaspoon onion powder
- ½ teaspoon garlic powder
- ¼ teaspoon salt
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 375 degrees F.
- Heat a large oven-safe skillet over medium heat.
- Add olive oil and brussels sprouts. Sprinkle with 1 teaspoon of salt and cook for approximately 10 minutes until brussels sprouts begin to soften and brown in spots.
- While brussels sprouts cook mix together the heavy cream, onion powder, garlic powder, and remaining ¼ teaspoon of salt.
- When the brussels sprouts are ready remove them from the heat and pour the heavy cream mixture over them.
- Sprinkle with bacon and cheddar cheese over the brussels sprouts.
- Place the skillet in the oven and bake for 10 minutes until the cheese is perfectly melted.
- Enjoy!
