Ingredients
- 8 oz angel hair pasta
- 2 cups Cooked Chicken (I use shredded from my slow cooker, however, a Rotisserie chicken diced works)
- 20 oz cream of chicken soup
- 1 cup salsa
- 1 cup sour cream
- 1 1/2 cups Mexican cheese, shredded
- 2 tablespoon taco seasoning
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 350 degrees and grease a 9x13 casserole dish.
- Cook pasta according to directions on box. Drain water.
- Combine the cooked pasta, chicken, cream of chicken, salsa, sour cream, 1 cup cheese, and taco seasoning in a bowl.
- Pour pasta mixture into prepared casserole dish.
- Sprinkle remaining 1/2 cup cheese evenly on top.
- Cover dish with aluminum foil.
- Place pan into oven and cook about 25 minutes.
- Remove from oven and serve!
