Ingredients

  • 1 can crescent roll dough 8 count
  • 20 pepperoni slices
  • ¼ cup mozzarella cheese
  • 1 tablespoon butter melted
  • 1 teaspoon Italian seasoning

Instructions

    Cup of Yum
  1. Unroll the crescent roll dough. Press down lightly on the perforations to pinch the seams together.
  2. Layer the pepperoni on top of the crescent roll dough. Sprinkle the mozzarella cheese on top.
  3. Roll up the dough into a tight log.
  4. Bake at 350 degrees F for 15-20 minutes or air fry at 360 degrees F for 8-10 minutes.
  5. Brush the top of the dough with melted butter and sprinkle with Italian seasoning.
  6. Slice and serve warm with marinara sauce for dipping.

Notes

  • Pinch the seams of the crescent roll dough together well. The cheese and pepperoni might leak out during baking if there are any gaps or holes.
  • Try cheese or even add some extra toppings like sliced black olives or chopped bell peppers. Just be careful not to overload the bread, or it might be hard to roll up.
  • If the bread browns too quickly on top, you can cover it loosely with foil for the last few minutes of baking.
  • Let the bread cool for a few minutes before slicing it.
  • If you're making this bread for a party or gathering, you can easily double or triple the recipe to feed a crowd. Use a larger baking sheet or air fryer basket to accommodate the extra bread.
