Ingredients

  • 400 grams Paradise Island Foods cheese curds
  • 1.2 kilograms frozen pierogi any flavour will work and this equals 2 x 21 oz bags of frozen pierogi
  • 1/2 cup vegetable or chicken broth
  • 6 lices cooked bacon finely sliced*
  • 3 medium green onion, finely sliced

Notes

  • * if you don't have cooked bacon, simply cook bacon while pierogi are in oven cooking
