- 12 slices artisan bread, or any bread
- 6 ounces Pizza Sauce
- 16 ounces mozerella cheese sliced
- 3 ounces pepperoni slices
- 2 tablespoons olive oil, or melted butter
Instructions
- Heat the panini press while you prepare the paninis.
- Take two slices of bread and spread 1 tablespoon of pizza sauce on one side of each slice. Layer with sliced mozzarella cheese and pepperoni slices. Combine the bread slices together.
- Brush olive oil on the outside of the bread slices. Place the sandwich inside the press and cook until it is golden brown and the cheese is nice and melted.
