Cherry Ginger Smoothie
Grated ginger adds warmth and complexity to this easy summer fruit smoothie.
Ingredients
- ½ cup vanilla non-dairy milk unsweetened
- 2 cups Cherry pitted
- 1 banana large, frozen, ripe
- 2 tablespoons hemp hearts shelled hemp seeds
- 2-3 teaspoons ginger grated
Instructions
- Combine all of the ingredients in a blender and blend until smooth.
