Ingredients

  • 16 oz cherries frozen, pitted, thawed overnight (save juices
  • 1 ½ cups tequila silver
  • 1 cup Cointreau
  • 1 cup lime juice fresh
  • 1 cup cherry juice I used R.W. Knudsen. Use can also use sweetened juice, unsweetened
  • simple syrup to taste or agave
  • lime for garnish
  • cherries for garnish

Instructions

  1. Blend thawed cherries in a blender on high speed until pulverized.
  2. Add all ingredients to a pitcher with ice and stir well.
  3. Serve with fresh limes and cherries.

Notes

  • Add simple syrup gradually to control sweetness, as frozen cherries contribute natural sugar.
  • Use fresh lime juice for a bright, authentic citrus flavor.
  • Thaw frozen, pitted cherries overnight to facilitate smooth blending.
