Ingredients

  • ¼ cup rolled or instant oats 30 g
  • 1 banana previously sliced and frozen
  • 1 cup pitted fresh cherries 225 g
  • ½ cup vanilla yogurt 118 mL, or Greek yogurt + 1/4 tsp vanilla extract, can sub dairy-free alternative
  • ¼ cup milk 60 mL, or dairy-free alternative
  • pinch of salt
