Ingredients
- 3 cups (750g) Greek yogurt
- 6 Tablespoons maple syrup
- 1 cup (225g) cherries pitted and chopped
- 1/2 cup (110g) granola (gluten free granola)
Instructions
- Mix together yogurt and 4 tablespoons of maple syrup.
- Combine granola with the remaining maple syrup.
- Layer popsicles by dividing the cherries between 6 mold cups.
- Add yogurt to each cup, then top with granola.
- Freeze overnight (at least 6 hours).

Notes

- You can use either fresh or frozen chopped and pitted cherries.
- Silicone popsicle molds are the best as you can remove the popsicles easier.
- Make sure to fill the molds only about four-fifths full, as the popsicles will expand during freezing.
- Try adding an extra layer of granola in the middle of your popsicles.
- Sweeten with honey instead of maple syrup, if you prefer.
- Feel free to swap out the cherries for berries or other sliced fruits, depending on what you have on hand.
