Ingredients

  • 1 cup dates pitted
  • 1 cup cranberries dried
  • 2 teaspoons walnut oil
  • 2 teaspoons chia seeds
  • 2 teaspoons flax seeds
  • 1 cup almonds toasted

Instructions

    Cup of Yum
  1. Puree all the ingredients in a food processor
  2. Place the mixture in an 8x8 pan lined with parchment paper
  3. Refrigerate for one hour minimum
  4. Cut into bars
  5. Enjoy!
