Ingredients
- 1 cup dates pitted
- 1 cup cranberries dried
- 2 teaspoons walnut oil
- 2 teaspoons chia seeds
- 2 teaspoons flax seeds
- 1 cup almonds toasted
Instructions
- Puree all the ingredients in a food processor
- Place the mixture in an 8x8 pan lined with parchment paper
- Refrigerate for one hour minimum
- Cut into bars
