Chicken Aloo

Chicken Aloo is a savory dish combining tender chicken pieces and diced potatoes cooked with aromatic spices including turmeric, coriander, chili powder, fenugreek, and black pepper. The onions, garlic, ginger, and tomatoes create a rich base, simmered in water until the chicken and potatoes are tender and infused with the spice blend. This dish offers a warming, mildly spiced flavor profile and can be served alongside rice or naan to soak up the flavorful sauce.
