Ingredients

  • 4 cups chicken cooked, chopped
  • 2 cups instant white rice
  • 1 cup Parmesan Cheese
  • 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
  • salt to taste
  • black pepper to taste, ground
  • 1 cup water
  • 1 cup milk
  • 1 .75 oz cream of chicken soup
  • 1 .75 oz cream of celery soup
  • 1 .75 oz cream of mushroom soup

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 400 degrees F
  2. Grease a 9x13 baking dish. 
  3. In a large bowl add chopped chicken, rice, parmesan cheese, garlic powder, salt and pepper. Stir to combine
  4. Pour in water, milk and 3 cans of soup. Stir to combine
  5. Pour into the baking dish.
  6. Place on the middle rack of the oven and bake uncovered for 40-50 mins.
  7.  Remove and allow to cool for approximately 10 minutes before serving.
  8. Add extra parmesan cheese if you like, and serve
