Ingredients
For the Broccoli Casserole
- 1 ¼ cup white rice instant
- 2 cups chicken
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1 teaspoon onion powder
- ¼ teaspoon dry mustard
- ¾ cup chicken broth
- ½ teaspoon salt
- ½ teaspoon pepper
- ½ teaspoon celery seed
- 1 can cream of chicken soup
- 1 ½ cups broccoli frozen or fresh, chopped
- 1 ½ cup cheddar cheese
- ⅓ cup sour cream
For the Topping
- 2 tablespoons butter melted
- ⅔ cup Panko bread crumbs
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 350ºF.
- Combine the casserole ingredients and mix until well combined.
- Spread evenly in an 8x8 pan.
- Combine panko and melted butter.
- Sprinkle evenly over the top of the casserole.
- Bake for 40 minutes, uncovered until the top is golden brown and the edges are bubbly.
