Chicken Broccoli Stir Fry Noodles

Ingredients

To marinate Chicken
  • 1 lb chicken skinless breast cut into bite-sized cubes
  • 1 tsp white pepper
  • 1 tbsp soy sauce
  • 1 tbsp cornstarch
  • salt to taste
For the Stir-Fry
  • 2 tbsp oil
  • 1 tsp garlic, minced
  • 1 1/2 cups broccoli florets
  • 1/2 cup yellow onions, sliced
  • 4 oz dried rice noodles
  • 1 tbsp rice vinegar
  • 1 tbsp soy sauce
  • 1 tbsp Worcestershire sauce 
  • 1/2 tsp white pepper
  • salt to taste
  • 1 tbsp sesame seeds
  • 1 tbsp green onions, chopped

Instructions

  1. In a bowl add the chicken breast cubes along with the white pepper, soy sauce, cornstarch, and salt. Marinade for at least 30 minutes.
  2. Prepare the rice noodles as per the directions given on the package and keep them aside.
  3. Heat a pan, add oil followed by minced garlic. Saute the garlic for a minute and add the marinated chicken cubes. Cook the chicken for 3-4 minutes.
  4. Add the broccoli and onions, cook for 2 minutes. Add in the cooked noodles and stir in the soy sauce, Worcestershire sauce, rice vinegar, salt, and pepper.
  5. Toss the noodles until well combined with chicken and sauces.
  6. Finally, add the green onions and sesame seeds on top and serve the noodles while it is still warm.
