Ingredients
To marinate Chicken
- 1 lb chicken skinless breast cut into bite-sized cubes
- 1 tsp white pepper
- 1 tbsp soy sauce
- 1 tbsp cornstarch
- salt to taste
For the Stir-Fry
- 2 tbsp oil
- 1 tsp garlic, minced
- 1 1/2 cups broccoli florets
- 1/2 cup yellow onions, sliced
- 4 oz dried rice noodles
- 1 tbsp rice vinegar
- 1 tbsp soy sauce
- 1 tbsp Worcestershire sauce
- 1/2 tsp white pepper
- salt to taste
- 1 tbsp sesame seeds
- 1 tbsp green onions, chopped
Instructions
- In a bowl add the chicken breast cubes along with the white pepper, soy sauce, cornstarch, and salt. Marinade for at least 30 minutes.
- Prepare the rice noodles as per the directions given on the package and keep them aside.
- Heat a pan, add oil followed by minced garlic. Saute the garlic for a minute and add the marinated chicken cubes. Cook the chicken for 3-4 minutes.
- Add the broccoli and onions, cook for 2 minutes. Add in the cooked noodles and stir in the soy sauce, Worcestershire sauce, rice vinegar, salt, and pepper.
- Toss the noodles until well combined with chicken and sauces.
- Finally, add the green onions and sesame seeds on top and serve the noodles while it is still warm.
