Ingredients

Dressing Ingredients
  • 1 cup mayonnaise
  • 1/3 cup sour cream
  • 1/2 Tbsp garlic minced
  • 2 Tbsp lemon juice fresh
  • 2 anchovies minced
  • 1 tsp Worcestershire sauce
Salad Ingredients
  • 1 lb penne pasta cooked
  • 6 leaves romaine lettuce thinly sliced
  • 1 1/2 cups cherry tomato
  • 4 green onions sliced
  • 1/2 cups Parmesan Cheese shredded
  • 1/2 tsp black pepper
  • 2 chicken breasts diced, grilled
  • 1 1/2 cups crouton garlic flavored

Instructions

  1. Cook and drain the pasta.
  2. Cook or grill the chicken. (Or use pre-packaged chicken from the deli.)
  3. Slice the lettuce, tomatoes and onion.
Dressing Directions:
  1. Whisk together all dressing ingredients in a small bowl until combined.
  2. Use half of the dressing to coat pasta in a large bowl and refrigerate for 30 minutes.
  3. Mix remaining ingredients in a very large mixing bowl with remaining dressing and serve.
