Ingredients

  • 4 cups romaine lettuce chopped
  • 2 cups Cooked Chicken Breast shredded
  • ½ cup caesar dressing
  • ½ cup croutons
  • ¼ cup Parmesan Cheese grated
  • 4 large flour tortillas

  1. In a large mixing bowl, combine the chopped romaine lettuce, shredded chicken, Caesar dressing, croutons, and grated Parmesan cheese. Toss well to ensure all ingredients are evenly coated with the dressing.
  2. Warm the flour tortillas in a skillet over medium heat for about 30 seconds on each side, or until they are pliable. This makes them easier to wrap without tearing.
  3. Divide the salad mixture among the tortillas, placing it in the center of each. Fold in the sides of the tortillas and roll each one tightly to secure the filling. Serve immediately.
