Chicken Caesar Wraps
Chicken Caesar Wraps are an easy and tasty meal. Juicy chicken, fresh lettuce, and ripe tomatoes get wrapped up in a soft tortilla with creamy Caesar dressing. Topped with Parmesan and croutons, they're perfect for a quick lunch or dinner!
Ingredients
- 4 large flour tortillas
- 2 chicken breast boneless and skinless
- salt to taste
- black pepper to taste
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
- 4 cups romaine lettuce chopped
- 2 medium tomato finely chopped
- ½ cup caesar dressing plus more for drizzling
- ½ cup Parmesan Cheese grated
- 1 cup croutons lightly crushed
- lemon for serving, wedges
Instructions
- Season the chicken breasts with salt and pepper. In a skillet, heat olive oil over medium-high heat. Cook the chicken for about 5 minutes on each side until golden brown and cooked through. Let it cool slightly, then slice into small pieces.
- Warm the tortillas in a skillet or microwave briefly to make them pliable.
- Spread a layer of Caesar dressing over each tortilla. Sprinkle the chopped tomatoes evenly over the chicken. Sprinkle grated Parmesan cheese and add the crushed croutons for crunch.
- Carefully roll each tortilla, tucking in the sides to form a wrap. Slice the wraps in half diagonally and serve with lemon wedges and extra Caesar dressing on the side.
