Chicken Cobb Salad
Layers of flavor are what make this Chicken Cobb Salad a timeless classic!
Ingredients
- 1 romaine lettuce head, chopped
- 2 cups chicken breasts chopped, grilled
- 4 egg peeled and quartered, hard-boiled
- 2 Roma tomatoes diced, small
- 1 avocado diced, large
- 4 lices Bacon cooked and crumbled
- 1 cucumber sliced, small
- 1/3 cup red onion finely diced
- 1/2 cup blue cheese crumbled
- salt optional, to taste
- black pepper optional, to taste
- ranch dressing for serving
- green onion for garnish, sliced
Instructions
- On a large platter, arrange the chopped lettuce. Top with rows of chicken, boiled eggs, tomatoes, avocado, bacon, cucumber and red onion.
- Sprinkle with blue cheese, optional salt, and freshly ground black pepper.
- Drizzle ranch dressing and sprinkle green onions over the salad before serving.
