Chicken Fajita Burrito Bowls

Chicken Fajita Burrito Bowls assemble cooked, seasoned chicken with sautéed bell peppers, onions, corn, tomatoes, and cooked rice to create a customizable, layered meal bowl. The fajita seasoning mix adds classic Mexican-inspired flavors with chili powder, cumin, and garlic. The soft cooked rice forms the base, while sautéed vegetables provide tender texture and fresh flavor. This bowl is versatile and suits make-ahead meal preparation because the chicken and rice can be cooked in advance.

  • Store-bought taco or fajita seasoning can be used to save time if homemade spices aren't available.
  • Replace rice with cauliflower rice to make the dish paleo and Whole30 compliant.
