Chicken in Cheesy Chive Sauce with Philly Cream Cheese

Ingredients

  • 1 lb chicken breast tenders
  • 1 box Panko bread crumbs
  • 1 lb linguine
  • 1 Tablespoon olive oil
  • 1 small onion
  • 8 oz. mushrooms
  • 1/2 cup Philadelphia Cream Cheese with Chive and Onion
  • 1/2 cup chicken broth
  • 2 cup spinach

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 450.
  2. Coat the chicken tenders in the Shake and Bake and put in the oven for 20 minutes.
  3. While the chicken cooks make the linguine and the sauce.
  4. Chop the onions and mushrooms and saute in the olive oil for 10 minutes.
  5. Add the cream cheese and the chicken broth and wisk to mix.
  6. Put the spinach in and cook for another 5 minutes.
  7. Top the pasta with the chicken and sauce.
