Chicken Parmesan Sliders
These shortcut chicken parmesan sliders are a family favorite! A quick and delicious weeknight dinner that will be on repeat.

Ingredients
- 12 slider buns (or dinner rolls)
- 12 chicken nuggets (or 10-12 chicken strips or 8-10 chicken cutlets)
- 1 cup marinara sauce (storebought or homemade)
- ½ cup Parmesan Cheese (shredded)
- 12 slices Provolone cheese (or mozzarella, Swiss, Havarti)
- 2 tablespoon butter (melted)
- 1 clove garlic (minced)
- 1 teaspoon basil
- 1 teaspoon parsley
Garnish
- Parmesan Cheese
- marinara sauce (for dipping, optional)
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 350°F.
- If using store bought 12 chicken nuggets, strips or chicken cutlets, bake them according to package directions. While they bake prepare the remaining ingredients.
- In a small bowl stir together the melted 2 tablespoon butter, minced 1 clove garlic, 1 teaspoon basil and 1 teaspoon parsley.
- Slice the 12 slider buns open and set the tops aside. Place the bottoms on a sheet pan lined with parchment paper or tin foil for easier clean up.
- Evenly distribute ½ of the marinara sauce on the bottoms of the buns.
- Evenly distribute the cooked chicken over the bottoms of the buns.
- Evenly distribute the remaining marinara sauce over the chicken.
- Sprinkle the ½ cup parmesan cheese over top of the sauce.
- Evenly distribute the 12 slices provolone cheese over top of the sauced chicken.
- Place the tops of the buns back on top. Brush the garlic butter over top of the buns.
- Bake the sliders for 10-15 minutes, or until the tops are lightly toasted and the cheese is nice and melted.
- Remove from the oven. Optional: garnish with additional shredded parmesan cheese. Serve with additional marinara sauce for dipping. Enjoy!
