Ingredients

  • 1 Store-Bought Refrigerated Pizza Dough or Homemade Pizza Dough
  • 1/2 cup pesto sauce
  • 1 cup rotisserie chicken or shredded chicken
  • 3/4 cup ricotta cheese
  • 2 cups Fresh Mozzarella Ciliegine Balls or Shredded Fresh Mozzarella Cheese
  • 1 cup grape tomatoes halved (optional)
  • olive oil (optional for crust)

Instructions

  1. Heat oven to 450 degrees.
  2. Spray round pizza stone or pizza stone with non-stick cooking spray or drizzle with olive oil.
  3. Place pizza crust on pan. Using a rolling pin, roll dough onto edges of pan until it makes a circular shape.
  4. Spread pesto sauce over pizza crust. Top with rotisserie chicken, dollops of ricotta cheese, and mozzarella cheese. Sprinkle on tomatoes, if so desired.
  5. Bake for 15-20 minutes, until crust is golden brown and cheese is melted.
