Ingredients
- 1 Store-Bought Refrigerated Pizza Dough or Homemade Pizza Dough
- 1/2 cup pesto sauce
- 1 cup rotisserie chicken or shredded chicken
- 3/4 cup ricotta cheese
- 2 cups Fresh Mozzarella Ciliegine Balls or Shredded Fresh Mozzarella Cheese
- 1 cup grape tomatoes halved (optional)
- olive oil (optional for crust)
Instructions
- Heat oven to 450 degrees.
- Spray round pizza stone or pizza stone with non-stick cooking spray or drizzle with olive oil.
- Place pizza crust on pan. Using a rolling pin, roll dough onto edges of pan until it makes a circular shape.
- Spread pesto sauce over pizza crust. Top with rotisserie chicken, dollops of ricotta cheese, and mozzarella cheese. Sprinkle on tomatoes, if so desired.
- Bake for 15-20 minutes, until crust is golden brown and cheese is melted.
