Chicken Ramen Recipe
This chicken ramen recipe is an easy, fun dish that is so superior to the stuff in the little cups! Not much more work than that either!
Ingredients
- 4 cups chicken stock homemade or store bought
- 1/2 tsp fish sauce
- 1 tsp oyster sauce
- 1/2 tsp sesame oil
- 1 tsp garlic grated
- 1 tsp ginger grated
- 1 package ramen noodles
For Garnish
- 4 baby bok choy
- 1/2 lb mushrooms
- 1/4 cup bean sprout
- 1/4 cup mixed sprouts
- 4 radish sliced
- 2 green onion sliced
- 4 egg or ramen eggs, soft boiled
Instructions
- Warm chicken stock in saucepan.
- Grate ginger and garlic into stock.
- Add oyster sauce, fish sauce and sesame oil. Heat through.
- Cook ramen noodles according to package directions.
- Serve in bowls. Add chosen garnishes.
