Chicken Ranch Bacon Taco Boats
Let’s break it down. Chicken – check; ranch – check; bacon – check; and tacos – check. So pretty much anything a kid (or adult) would ever want to eat in one taco. I think we have a dinner that everyone will love.

Notes
- You can cook the chicken any way you like. I like to season it with salt and pepper and cook in a skillet with a little olive oil for 10-12 minutes or until done.
- Rotisserie chicken works well here for a quick meal!
