Chicken Roll Ups Recipe

These chicken roll ups are thickly seasoned with Italian spices and stuffed with creamy Boursin and mozzarella cheeses.

Ingredients

  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon smoked paprika
  • 1 teaspoon Italian seasoning
  • 1 teaspoon kosher salt
  • 1 teaspoon black pepper ground
  • 1 pound chicken breast thinly sliced
  • 5.3 ounces Boursin cheese 1 package, garlic and fine herbs
  • ½ cup mozzarella cheese freshly shredded

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 375°F. Line a baking sheet with aluminum foil or parchment paper and set aside.
  2. Mix the garlic powder, paprika, Italian seasoning, salt, and pepper in a small mixing bowl.
  3. Lay out the chicken on the baking sheet. Sprinkle the chicken with the seasoning mixture. Flip the chicken over.
  4. Spread the Boursin cheese over the chicken in an even layer. Sprinkle the mozzarella cheese over the top. Roll the chicken up and make sure the seam side is down.
  5. Bake for 35-40 minutes until the chicken reaches an internal temperature of 165°F.

Notes

  • Storage: Store chicken roll ups in an airtight container in the refrigerator for up to 3 days or in the freezer for up to 3 months.
