Ingredients
- 4 cups chicken chopped or shredded, cooked
- 1 cup celery chopped
- 1/2 cup red onion diced
- 1/2 cup pecans chopped or slivered almonds
- 1/2 cup mayonnaise
- 1/2 cup yogurt plain, Greek
- 2 tablespoons lemon juice
- 1 teaspoon Dijon mustard
- 3 tablespoons parsley chopped, fresh
- 3/4 teaspoon kosher salt
- 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
Instructions
- In a large bowl, combine chicken, celery, red onion, nuts, mayonnaise, Greek yogurt, lemon juice, Dijon mustard, parsley, salt, and pepper. Taste and season with additional salt and pepper, if necessary.
