Chicken Salad with Grapes
Creamy chicken salad with grapes, celery, and pecans – perfect for sandwiches, wraps, or a light lunch. Quick, easy, and packed with flavor!
Ingredients
- 2 pounds chicken breast chopped into bite-size pieces, cooked
- 1 cup mayonnaise
- ½ cup sour cream
- 3 teaspoons Dijon mustard
- 2 tablespoon lemon juice fresh
- 1.5 teaspoon salt
- 1 teaspoon black pepper
- 1.5 cups celery chopped
- 2 cups red grape halved
- 2 cups pecans chopped
Instructions
- In a small bowl combine the mayonnaise, sour cream, Dijon mustard, lemon juice, salt, and pepper. Whisk together.
- In a large bowl combine the chopped chicken, celery, red grapes, and pecan. Top with the mayonnaise mixture and toss together until well mixed.
- Cover bowl and place in the refrigerator and allow to chill for at least 1 hour.
- Serve on bread, cracker, or all on it’s own.
