Ingredients

  • 2 pounds Cooked Chicken Breast chopped into bite-size pieces
  • 1 cup mayonnaise
  • ½ cup sour cream
  • 3 teaspoons Dijon mustard
  • 2 tablespoon fresh lemon juice
  • 1.5 teaspoon salt
  • 1 teaspoon pepper
  • 1.5 cups chopped celery
  • 2 cups red grapes halved
  • 2 cups Chopped Pecans

Instructions

  1. In a small bowl combine the mayonnaise, sour cream, Dijon mustard, lemon juice, salt, and pepper. Whisk together.
  2. In a large bowl combine the chopped chicken, celery, red grapes, and pecan. Top with the mayonnaise mixture and toss together until well mixed.
  3. Cover bowl and place in the refrigerator and allow to chill for at least 1 hour.
  4. Serve on bread, cracker, or all on it’s own.
