Ingredients

  • 1 pound cooked shredded chicken breast
  • 1 cup red seedless grapes halved
  • 2 celery stalks sliced
  • 1/2 cup almonds toasted
  • 1 green onion sliced
  • 1/3 cup mayonnaise
  • 2 tablespoons fresh lemon juice
  • 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
  • 1/4 teaspoon kosher salt

  1. In a large mixing bowl, combine the chicken, grapes, celery, almonds, and green onion.
