Ingredients
- 4 cups chicken chopped
- 1 1/2 cups celery chopped
- 1/2 cup heavy whipping cream
- 2 tbsp lemon juice
- 1 cup mayonnaise
- 1 tsp salt
- 1/2 tsp pepper
- 2 tsp parsley chopped
- 1/2 cup almonds sliced
- 1/2 cup green grapes, cut in half
- 1/2 cup red grapes, cut in half
Instructions
- Chop chicken into small cubes. Also chop celery and put aside.
- Make dressing by whipping heavy whipping cream. Add lemon juice, mayo, salt and pepper and mix together.
- Add chicken, celery, parsley, almonds and halved grapes. Refrigerate for at least an hour before serving.
