Chicken Sausage Peppers and Onion Sheet Pan Dinner
This Chicken Sausage Peppers and Onion Sheet Pan Dinner makes a mouth-watering wholesome low carb meal that is quick and easy and can be on the table in 30 minutes.
Ingredients
- 12 ounces chicken sausage organic, apple flavored, COLEMAN ORGANIC®
- 1 onion , sliced
- 1 green bell pepper , sliced
- 1 red bell pepper , sliced
- salt to taste
- black pepper to taste
- 1 TBSP olive oil
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 400 degrees F.
- Line a sheet pan with foil.
- Place the COLEMAN ORGANIC® Apple Chicken Sausage and sliced onions, and red and green bell peppers on the foil-lined sheet pan and drizzle with olive oil. Season to taste with salt and pepper.
- Bake in a preheated oven for 10 minutes, turn the sausage and cook for another 10 to 15 minutes. Serve Hot.
