Chicken Sausages with Peppers
Chicken sausages with peppers and onions is an easy 3 ingredient, one pan dish, perfect for a quick weeknight meal.
Ingredients
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
- 2 red onion finely sliced
- 1 red bell pepper sliced
- 1 kilos chicken sausage
Instructions
- Heat the oven to 425F/220C. In a large skillet, on medium-high heat, heat the oil and brown the sausages all over, then remove from pan and set aside.
- In the same oil, fry the onions till golden and season.
- Add the peppers and sauté for 1 minute.
- Return the sausages to the pan and place in the oven for 7-10 minutes, or till the sausages are cooked through.
Notes
- Select good quality chicken sausages.
- Store in a covered container in the fridge for 2 to 3 days.
