Chicken Scramble Bowls
Chicken Scramble Bowls are a flavorful way to get the morning started! The savory eggs, crispy hash browns, and chicken nuggets make these bowls so delicious and filling.
Ingredients
- 22 pieces hash browns I use the Ore-Ida brand. But any hash browns will do, crowns form
- 10 chicken nuggets (I use the 'Just Bare' brand)
- 2 large egg
- 2 Tablespoons milk
- salt to taste
- black pepper to taste
- 1/2 cup Colby-Jack cheese shredded
- parsley optional, for garnish
Instructions
- Cook hash browns and chicken nuggets according to their package instructions. (I cook them both together in the air fryer, so they are crispy and done at the same time.)
- Meanwhile, heat a small non-stick skillet over medium heat. In a small bowl, whisk the eggs and milk together. Spray skillet with cooking spray then pour eggs in. Stir constantly until eggs are scrambled to your liking.
- To make the bowls, divide hash browns evenly among two bowls. Then top each with 5 chicken nuggets and one scrambled egg. Top eggs with cheese and a sprinkle of parsley, if desired. Serve warm and enjoy!
