Chicken Seekh Kebab
This mouthwatering kebab recipe combines tender chicken with a medley of aromatic spices, resulting in a burst of flavors that will leave you craving for more. Perfectly grilled to perfection, these kebabs are a must-try for any meat lover.
Ingredients
- 500 g ground chicken
- 1 onion finely chopped
- 2 cloves garlic minced
- 1- inch ginger grated
- 2 green chilies finely chopped
- 1/2 tsp cumin powder
- 1/2 tsp coriander powder
- 1/2 tsp garam masala
- 1/2 tsp paprika
- salt
- 2 tbsp Coriander chopped
- 2 tbsp mint chopped
Instructions
- In a large mixing bowl, combine the minced chicken, finely chopped onion, minced garlic, grated ginger, and chopped green chilies.
- Add the ground cumin, ground coriander, garam masala, paprika, and a pinch of salt to the mixture. Mix everything thoroughly until well combined.
- Let the mixture rest for about 30 minutes in the refrigerator. This will allow the flavors to meld together.
- After the proofing time, take small portions of the chicken mixture and shape them into long, cylindrical kebabs.
- Preheat your grill or barbecue to medium-high heat. You can also cook these kebabs in the oven.
- Grill the chicken seekh kebabs for about 12-15 minutes, turning occasionally, until they are cooked through and have a nice char on the outside.
- Garnish with fresh coriander and mint leaves.
- Serve hot with naan bread or rice, and your favourite chutney.
