Ingredients

  • soft tortilla taco boats dinner kit Old El Paso brand
  • 2 cups rotisserie chicken diced, cooked
  • 1 15.5 oz black bean drained and rinsed, canned
  • 1 15.25 oz. corn drained and rinsed, canned
  • 2 cups Mexican cheese shredded
  • 1 pint cherry tomato sliced in half
  • 2 romaine lettuce chopped, heads
  • 2 avocado diced

Instructions

  1. Place the diced rotisserie chicken, black beans, corn, cheese, tomatoes, romaine lettuce, and avocados in individual bowls. Pour the Mild Taco Sauce in a seperate bowl. Place the soft tortilla taco boats on the buffet.
  2. Have your guest create their own Chicken Soft Taco Bowl Salad's by layering all the ingredients into a soft tortilla bowl. Enjoy hot or at room temperature!

Notes

  • I love these cute little taco shell "boats" but you can always use regular hard shell tacos or small flour tortillas.
