Chicken Soft Taco Bowl Salad Bar
Today, I’m sharing with you how to create a Chicken Soft Taco Bowl Salad Bar! It’s so easy and very little prep on your behalf!
Ingredients
- soft tortilla taco boats dinner kit Old El Paso brand
- 2 cups rotisserie chicken diced, cooked
- 1 15.5 oz black bean drained and rinsed, canned
- 1 15.25 oz. corn drained and rinsed, canned
- 2 cups Mexican cheese shredded
- 1 pint cherry tomato sliced in half
- 2 romaine lettuce chopped, heads
- 2 avocado diced
Instructions
- Place the diced rotisserie chicken, black beans, corn, cheese, tomatoes, romaine lettuce, and avocados in individual bowls. Pour the Mild Taco Sauce in a seperate bowl. Place the soft tortilla taco boats on the buffet.
- Have your guest create their own Chicken Soft Taco Bowl Salad's by layering all the ingredients into a soft tortilla bowl. Enjoy hot or at room temperature!
Notes
- I love these cute little taco shell "boats" but you can always use regular hard shell tacos or small flour tortillas.
