Chicken Stew Recipe Turkish Style

This Turkish-style Chicken Stew features bone-free, skinless chicken thighs simmered with potatoes, carrots, peas, and a blend of aromatic spices including oregano, Aleppo pepper, sumac, and dried mint. The addition of tomato paste and lemon juice balances the dish with acidity and depth, creating tender, flavorful meat and vegetables in a rich broth that serves well as a hearty main course.
