Ingredients

  • 0.5-1 cup roasted garlic dressing with tarragon or dressing of your choice
  • 142 grams mixed greens (1 container)
  • 3 cups strawberries squared or sliced
  • 2-3 cups shredded chicken breasts
  • 1/4 red onion sliced thinly
  • 1/4 cup basil chopped roughly or ribboned
  • 1/4 cup tarragon
  • 1/4 cup slivered almonds
  • 2 avocado sliced or cubed

  1. Follow this recipe to make your own roasted garlic dressing if you’d like to use homemade dressing. Mix in a small handful of roughly chopped tarragon.
  2. In a large bowl, combine all your ingredients. If not eating right away, store the dressing and the avocado on the side.
